All of our unique, custom products are hand made or embellished with your design. Each product on the site is listed with the time frame for delivery. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide rush delivery on any orders.
We don't share our customers' personal information with other entities, ever.
Domestic shipping in the United States is $12 for the first item, plus $1 for each additional item.
We provide free shipping on orders over $200
Please provide a complete and correct street address when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to the provided address that is not the correct address. If your order is returned to us because your shipping address was incorrect, you will be charged again to ship to the correct address.
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS to provide you with a tracking number. We are unable to ship to post office boxes.

In addition to the products that we manufacture in-house, we are pleased to represent third party craftspeople and vendors. Thus, the individual items in an order may be shipped “a la carte” as they are produced around the country and arrive at different times.
If an item you requested is on backorder or if there is delay for any reason, we will contact you at the email address you provide with your order. We provide the option of including your phone number with your order. If you prefer to be contacted by telephone, please let us know in the comment field on the order form.
Each product has a holiday cut-off date listed with its description. Orders placed by that date are guaranteed to be delivered by December 24th BARRING AN ACT OF GOD such as an unforeseen weather event and man-made or natural disasters. Please see the product descriptions for lead times to ensure timely delivery for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, Valentine's Day, National Spumoni Day (August 21st, if you were wondering), etc. When in doubt, give us a call!
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Please check your order order upon arrival. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 business days. We may ask you to email photographs of damaged or incorrect merchandise, and return it within 10 business days. You may contact us at 1-864-271-3587 or Customer Service. For best results, do not use Facebook or Twitter for this purpose, as shipping team has no interaction with those pages.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges of merchandise unless it is damaged or incorrect. Please take advantage of the comment field when placing your order to give us all the information needed to meet your expectations.
SHIPPING/RETURN OF NONCUSTOMIZED PRODUCT
Receiver will be responsible for pay cost of shipping to return item. The cost of shipping is nonrefundable and non-negotiable. If a refund is issued, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.
Notice for the uncustomized The Pink Monogram order:
a) All non-personalized products will be returned in their original carton/packaging and in re-sellable condition.
b) Products returned used or soiled will not be eligible for refund.
c) All products will be subject to a ten percent (10%) restocking fee, unless item was a shipping error of The Pink Monogram.
d) There are no refunds issued/allowed after ninety (90) days of delivery.
